Groups are another optional feature that is not enabled by default.

Groups enable you to separate your workers into different teams. (For example: sales and service, electricians and plumbers, North and South, East Coast and West Coast, Boston and Chicago, etc…)

Each group can have a different time zone.

Workers can belong to one or many groups.

If you need to create a job for a specific group, you need to include the group ID in the job XML like so:

You can use the group API route to retrieve a list of groups for your account and their associated IDs. You can also use the groups route to create, edit and delete groups as needed.
